Puan Leila Muzlifah bt Abdul Karim graduated with a Degree in Bachelor of Education (TESL) from University of Malaya in 1995. Having taught the English language in schools and higher learning institutions, she has used her extensive experience to conduct English language programs for adults and working professionals. At present, she conducts numerous English language courses for staff in the government and corporate sectors. Her areas of specializations include workplace communication, business writing and presentation skills.

In her Business Writing programs, she provides courses that are tailored to the participants’ needs and abilities. They focus mainly on letters, e mails, memos, reports and meeting minutes. In addition, her methodology ensures that participants will maximise their learning through lectures, discussions, case studies, practical and fun activities.

To date she has conducted programs for organizations such as Hicom Teck See, UMW and UEM Groups, Volvo Malaysia and Maju Holdings. On a similar capacity, she is also involved with the Graduate Employability Management Scheme (GEMS) training programme as a learning facilitator of Effective Business Writing where graduates are trained to write clearly and concisely.

She firmly believes that her workshop activities will enable participants to gain confidence and practice to improve their written communication.
