Tn. Hj. Suhaimi holds a BSc Degree in Applied Physics from Coventry Polytechnic (now Coventry University), UK. Due to his past working experiences and series of trainings that he has attended, he has acquired relevant and appropriate skills and understanding to providing training and consultancy in the area of SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment and Quality) Management.

As Suhaimi used to be a Quality Assurance Manager, during those years, he has developed strong, assertive and objective business relationship with suppliers and customer-service mindset with local and global customers. Hence, these invaluable experiences have taught and positioned him to provide training in Providing Exceptional Customer Service (for both product and service quality), Exceeding Customer Satisfaction and Quality Awareness (in Product and Service).

During his tenure as the QA and HR manager, he has gotten himself managing a large group of workforce, executives, supervisors, line-leaders, technicians and QC inspectors who were under his direct control and those other workforces not under his control. Working in a tough manufacturing environment like JVC Electronics and Harris Semiconductor, and supported by professional in-house and public trainings. He has developed strong character and positive mindset in his management and leadership to ensure production carried out met the production planning schedule and quality objectives without compromise as customer satisfaction was of prime importance.
