Puan Nik Zakiah is an independent trainer with over 16 years of working experience in accounting and auditing, teaching and training development.  Her work exposure covers the personal financial management, accounting, auditing, taxation and as well as handling a full set of audited account, adult learning and soft skills for development and improvement. She thrives on the challenge of making her courses a learning experience for the training participants, and she stimulates and encourages personal and group dynamics. She also holds academic appointments at top colleges in Malaysia and was involved in the development of educational programs and curriculum.

Nik Zakiah studied Accounting by degree and holds a Master degree in Business Administration. Currently pursuing her study in doctor of philosophy in business management, niching in entrepreneur orientation.

By leveraging on her background and exposure of working with various levels and being a people person herself, she has facilitate the participants learning process via correlating the self improvement/training sessions against actual corporate experience as well as student improvement.  She has recently been accredited as a Certified trainer by PSMB/HRDF trainer.

She believes that honesty, sincerity and trust are the best policies in life.  She balances her life as a trainer, student and a mother of three kids by holding some magic words “Excellence Enrich Resources, Learning Never Ends and Design your life start with an end”.
